After its recent 50th anniversary, The Dome – Germany’s foremost TV music show – decided to top its own success with a star-studded edition featuring Kelly Rowland, Shaggy, Emiliana Torrini, Scooter and No Angels. A media-drenched tour de force, the show featured a total of 20 different acts, each accompanied by their own video, courtesy of flora&faunavisions and lead agency MME. People were scrambling to get on the list – for a spot in the audience and on stage!
Stylish, modern and visionary, ffv’s classy clips mirrored the musical variety on display. Switching between styles and genres to highlight each artist’s strong points, viewers and artists got treated to the full portfolio of ffv imagery with different styles and techniques for every dance act, guitar-laced rock band or seductive crooner.
Approaching each clip as a discrete project – despite the commission’s ambitious timeframe – the resulting videos offset the artists against made-to-measure backgrounds, designed to make The Dome’s stars *pop* - on stage and on screen.
