WallDecaux, distributor of JCDecaux and Wall AG products, illuminates the German advertising landscape with almost 45,000 city light posters across 37 cities.
Together with lead agency Spray Communications, flora&faunavisions took these collected highlights on the road with showcases in five German cities and a modular collection of clips to allow for a flexible set-up across all toured locations.
In charge of the show’s video contents, production and flow of events, ffv integrated the client’s latest product technology, a reverse-engineered DCLB, into a 12-metre stage set-up combining rear and front projection. By synching the images of both playback media, our team created a clever blend of overlay and synergistic projection – or used the DCLB as a picture-in-picture element for presentations and additional clips.
The night’s key visual, a quick dip into the realm of (meta) physics, broke WallDecaux’s modular, technological approach down to the atomic scale. A clever, yet pared down mix of molecules and particle streams, the visual provided a chemical bond between the roadshow’s different elements, revealing four distinct speech backdrops against urban night-time moods. The finishing touch: a well-deserved party loop for the night’s live act, hotly tipped Danish singer Aura Dione.
